Eligibility for Returns

Due to health and sanitation regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products, including lip gloss.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
• The product is in resalable condition

Any items that show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to assist.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for opened cosmetic products.

If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact us right away so we can correct the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Protection

If shipping protection was added at checkout, claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed through the protection provider in accordance with their process.

Final Sale Items

Promotional items, discounted products, and final sale products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
