All shipments include tracking.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier volume, but most domestic shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or operational issues are outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status of their package using the provided tracking link.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Youth Obsessed is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Youth Obsessed is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
For added peace of mind, shipping protection may be offered at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Claims must be submitted directly through the protection provider in accordance with their process.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Protection
Optional shipping protection may be available at checkout. This coverage helps protect your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit.
